BLYTHEVILLE, AR - Police are investigating two deadly shootings in Blytheville while a community feels the violence has to stop. A teen was shot and killed on Clark Street in Blytheville. Friday, June 19th, officers responded to another shooting on Walker Street in Blytheville. Monday, 2 more deadly shootings were added to list of violent acts in the town. "We've had 5 to 6 shootings, killings, in the last 5 to 6 weeks," Blytheville resident Curtis Smith said. Both Slaughter and Smith said prayer is how their community must begin to heal.
