JONESBORO, AR - Instead of relying on prayer to solve the recent spate of shootings in Blytheville, one Region 8 church is putting its money where its mouth is. To get more guns off the streets, Greater Dimensions World Outreach Ministries is working with Blytheville police to collect guns in exchange for $100 cash, no questions asked. "The issue in Blytheville is horrendous," said Pastor CA Turner. Mentors will also be on site to offer help. "I say this all the time, 'Hurting people have a tendency to hurt people,'" said Turner.
