Blytheville Police say officers were called out to an apartment complex off of South Ruddle Road in June in reference to shots fired, and found a 27-year-old man was found lying face down in the grass, bleeding from his right buttocks. He was taken to the Great River Medical Center and later transferred to the Med in Memphis. They said the car sped toward them, rolled down the window and asked if "they had a problem?" The victim reportedly said "no," and White stated that he would be back.
