BLYTHEVILLE, AR - According to Mississippi County Sheriff Dale Cook, authorities are at the scene of a shooting in the 500 block of East Rose Street in Blytheville. Details are scarce but Blytheville police, Mississippi County deputies and Arkansas State Police are at the scene.
